Rest & Recharge is our guided meditation session that happens every other week where we explore real-life challenges (like getting triggered by difficult people), and learn powerful techniques for building emotional resilience.
Since 2019, we've been creating a welcoming space where people come together to practice, learn, and support each other's growth.
