It runs in the background meaning it will be done for you without the need for you to stop what you're doing.
You will receive an email notification that day of the time it was done.
The days are based on Central Time.
Can I purchase this for someone else?
Absolutely! There is a space on the checkout page where you can add their name or you can reply to the welcome email with the name of the person you’re purchasing for.
Do I still need to remove energetic connections myself?
It just depends on how often you interact with people (including your social media accounts 😉). Think of this as a way to prevent accumulation.
